Hi Caden! For a replacement hub you can use the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2K Axles # AKIHUB-545-2-LF-2K. This uses # L44649 bearings and has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. We don't have any that come with grease seals that match your measurements, so you will need to pick up # BB60005 separately and swap out the grease seal in the hub to match.
What kind of trailer do you have?

I have a 1992 boat trailer with similar axle dimensions. I was in the process of replacing the bearings and started thinking. Although the bearing sets would be new, the hubs they were going to ride in were 34 years old. Once i compared the cost of new bearings, new rings, and new seals, it wasn't that much more to just get a pre-greased hub kit. I bought pre-greased replacement hubs for both sides, and quite frankly it took me longer to get the new hubs out of the box than it did to install them on the trailer. hope you can work out the issue regarding the grease seal dimensions.
