Hey David,
After some research, it looks like that tire size is not a common one that our manufacturers carry. I was able to pull the specs that you have and compare it to our chains, and it comes really close to tire chains for 235/85R16 tires, which measure 31.7" tall and 9.3" wide so while these aren't the exact size of your tire, they come very close. With that, there may be some slack on the side that would require tightening using cams.
My recommendation for you would be Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains w Cams - Ladder Pattern - V Bar Links - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair # TC2821CAM. I recommend this tire chain for use with both snow and ice and these include cams to tighten onto your tires for a custom fit. They include two chains to cover a full axle. Your tire size is on the smaller end of the sizes that this chain works for, but I don't think you'll have any issues once installed!
What kind of vehicle are you installing these on? Are you travelling to a state that requires chains?

The absolute largest tire that you can put these chains on is a 31x10.5 And you may have a hard time getting them on certain tires in that size.

Thanks, Jerry, for the quick and informative response. Washington State occasionally requires chains for traveling over the passes in the Cascade mountains. My intention was to use these chains for traveling to and from trailheads for hiking, etc., as quite often needed in these hills for snow. I'll be using them on a 1967 Land Rover Series 2a, resto mod. David
