Hello. Im trying to identify which Lippert pin box is installed. Can you confirm that with these numbers SN S005910184 RPO-0005458383 LCI item number 2020114970

Hey Lawrence! Thanks for that information. I confirmed with Lippert that you have a 1621 on your 5th wheel. The Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY95GR will fit assuming your GVWR is 16,365-25,450 lbs.
If it is 7,275-16,360 lbs you need the 4.5K TW model # GY38FR instead. You will also need safety chains # GY49GR to complete your setup, and an optional cover # GY99TQ is also available.
