Hey Lee, thanks for reaching out. I had my contact at Lippert run that serial number and what you have is the 1621 bolt pattern and 15.5K capacity. So the Reese 94623 you mentioned is a suitable replacement for this. That said, we no longer carry the 94623 here, but we do have other cushioned pin boxes you can use. Here are the available options:

- MORryde GooseTech 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box for 14K to 18K Trailers w/ Lippert 1621 # MR97MV

- Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box - Lippert 1621/1621HD - 30K GTW - 4.5K TW # GY38FR

- Shocker Hitch 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter w/ eZ-Latch for Lippert 1621, 0719, and Rhino Box - 24K # SHK99YR

What kind of 5th wheel do you have?

Bought MorRyde Goosetech. Shipped to authorized dealer (tax free) picked up and installed myself. 10 Bolts and good to go. Used on two trips of 100+ miles and all good. Was using an Anderson Ultimate Hitch and that worked great as well. Using the Goosetech has made system has made arrival and departure process much easier. Would recommend the Goosetech over GenY because there is no maintenance. my suspension system uses the same rubber block feature.

@AndyC Thanks for the review, Andy! I like hearing when an install is truly a "10 bolts and done" project. It's great to hear the MORryde Gooseneck has made hitching and unhitching easier, and I appreciate the comparison to the Andersen and Gen-Y setups.
