What is the tork specifications for the lug nuts on a ST175/80R13 C rated radial 5 hole steel rim ? What should the tire pressure be ?

Hey Twig, thanks for reaching out. Most 13" trailer wheels use 1/2" studs, and the recommended torque spec for those is 75-85 ft-lbs.
As for tire pressure, trailer tires should always be inflated to the maximum PSI listed on the sidewall. The Kenda # KE35EV you're looking at has a maximum inflation pressure of 50 PSI, but this can vary depending on the tire. I'd recommend checking the sidewall of your tire to verify the correct pressure for your specific application.
