It looks like this is on a 4” ball mount, the description states the ball will sit 1.5” higher than a standard mount. Will this effectively be a 2.5” ?

Hey Matt! The Curt RockerBall Anti-Rattle Towing Kit # C63KR has a 3" drop with the extra height from the ShockDrop. See the attached photo.

Hey Karl, we have a similar option with the part #BWTS10035B that is what you are looking for as it has a 2 inch and a 1-7/8 inch ball but we don't have a Curt ball mount with those two ball sizes.

Hey Ron, so we can help but the Curt anti rattle kit part #C69HR does not have a lock setup that it can be upgraded too. So best option would be to upgrade from the Curt to the part #63232 which is a similar anti-rattle device that is locking.
