Firestone Ride-Rite kit # F2245 is a fit for your 2001 Toyota Tundra TRD 4x4. I can't imagine that it would take a shop any longer than a 3 to 4 hours to perform the installation. That is about what it takes when we install them here. But what you can do is print off the instructions I have linked for you to the right and take them to some shops to get some estimates.
