Welcome back Drew! To replace the lug nuts on your 3,500 lbs Vortex hubs, I recommend the DeeMaxx Trailer Wheel Lug Nut - Stainless Steel item # DE55KR. This stainless steel lug nut is sold individually and capped off at the end so it works great with boat trailers. It'll never rust or peel and it'll work great in saltwater along with freshwater.
The Trailer Wheel Lug Nut item # DE55KR measures 1-3/8" long overall. It has a 60° cone tapered seat to safely center the wheel. It's designed for 1/2"-20 wheel studs, like the ones on your Vortex hubs.
What kind of boat do you have and do use it in freshwater or saltwater?
