Will this fit the BandW turnover hitch ball while in the stowed turned over position?

Yes, the Hitch Ball Cover # FA82-00-3216 would fit on the ball of a B and W Turnover Gooseneck Hitch with the hitch ball up. We haven't ever tested it with the hitch ball down and neither has either manufacturer so I can't confirm.
