Hey Lawrence. The Loadstar ST205/75D14 Bias Trailer Tire with 14" Galvanized Wheel item # AM3S450 is not balanced like vehicle tires.

Every tire and every wheel has a high or heavy spot and a low or light spot. The manufacturer's offset the high spot on the tire with the low spot on the wheel to balance them. Trailer tires are not spun on a machine like vehicle tires because that requires specialized equipment.

If you're worried about balancing the item # AM3S450, you can use the Counteract Tire Balancing Beads Single Pack for Trailers item # CA66VR. This kit has small glass sphere's that are inserted through the valve stem. They use centrifugal force to continuously move around and offset an high or unbalanced spots in your tire that develop over time.
