Hey Aaron. The Bulldog Winch Standard Series Off-Road Winch item # BDW36QB is going to be the most replacement for your older BDW10043 winch. It includes the requested remote kit as well.
The Bulldog item # BDW36QB has a 6-hp motor, a wireless remote with 82' range, slightly faster line speed at 4.6 feet per minute, and a static capacity of 12,000 lbs. The winch includes a 100% load holding brake and a 95' aircraft-grade galvanized steel cable. It also has the same four bolt mounting pattern that measures 10" x 4-1/2".
Please note that the recommended battery rating for the Bulldog item # BDW36QB winch is 650 CCA (cold cranking amps) in order to get full power from it.
