Welcome back Jon!
I do have a couple potential options for you, but oddly enough, we do not have the # AKIHUB-545-35-K not pre-greased. That said, check out the following part:
etrailer Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K
This is a galvanized version of the # AKIHUB-545-35-K and includes all the same parts, but it does not greased. Little more expensive due to that galvanized finish though.
Do you mind if I ask why you prefer something not already greased? And what are you needing this for?

I bought these quite a while ago as I was rebuilding my trailer and they have been fine. Easy to install and perfect if you don't have the special tools to rebuild your existing hubs.
