Ive decided to refit my 2024 Brinkley Z2900 fifth wheel with disk brakes, and am interested in the Deemax package you offer. It looks very complete, however, I want to swap out the stock brake lines for steel braided lines, which I think you offer. is that possible and what would be the package cost with that change? Thank you.

Hey Gordon, we can definitely help but we don't have a kit exactly like the # DE66AR that also has a stainless brake line kit. So instead we'd need to piece it all together. You'd need the part # DE47SR for the actuator, then for the disc brake hub/rotors you'd want the part # DE68YR, and then for the brake line kit part numbers # DE78KR, two of the # DE93KR, # DE78GR, two of the # DE99NR, 12 of part # DE74SR, # DE54SR, # DE34SR and you'd be set.

Good call Gordon H on the stainless braided lines. The brass fittings on the brake line kit are very fragile. If you over tighten you will pull the threads and you will have leaks. I had to change out several lines and the 4 way brass block. You will like the disc brakes. For once I feel confident I can stop. I’m pulling a 40’ Big Country. Should have done this sooner. I wish this system worked with my in dash digital brake controller. The Analog Tekonsha is working good and doing the job.

I upgraded my brakes to this kit last year on my 2020 Northpoint. This kit is a game changer and i'll never own another 5th wheel without disk brakes.

You will definitely like the performance of this brake system. The kit is complete. The stopping power is unbelievable. My old drum brakes did absolutely nothing. I wrapped the brake lines in plastic wire loom. They're up out of the way enough and the rig is not going to flex that much. When you bleed the system DON'T leave the breakaway "key" pulled the entire time. It will overheat and melt. I found out the hard way ??. Overall this is a great product and good company to deal with.
