Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this replacement stainless steel Nyloc Nut for the DeeMaxx disc brake caliper bracket bolts on 8,000 pound axles. Now this stainless steel Nyloc Nut is used to attach the DeeMaxx disk brake caliper brackets to the 8,000 pound trailer axle. Now this nut is also used with the stainless steel bolts which we do sell separately. It goes by a part number of DE72WR and just wanted to show you, happened to pull one of those bolts that this nut would attach to to hold your disc brake caliper onto your 8,000 pound axle.
Now the caliper bracket attaches to the brake mounting flange on the 8,000 pound axle using four of those bolts and four of these nuts. This part number is just for a quantity of one nut. Thread size on this is 1/2 inch by 20 threads per inch, and the hex head size, or the socket size, on this is 3/4 of an inch. But that's gonna do it for a look at the replacement stainless steel Nyloc Nut for the DeeMaxx disc brake caliper bracket bolt on your 8,000 pound axles.
