Question:

I have a question regarding SUMO Springs for my 2022 Toyota Tacoma. I believe the light blue springs will work for my truck. I want to know the height of the helper springs with and without the extra plate before installation on the truck. I cant seem to find that information anywhere, in the product description etc. My truck has been lowered and does not sit at stock height any longer. Many thanks., Phil ....

I'd be more than happy to help. For your 2022 Toyota Tacoma, there are a couple of SuperSprings SumoSprings kits that use the blue springs: part # SS57PV and part # SSR-612-40. Both of these kits are designed for the rear axle.

These kits are intended for trucks at factory ride height. That doesn't necessarily mean they won't work with your truck, but I would need a little more information about your suspension setup to be sure.

If you can let me know which lowering kit was used, or provide any other details on how the truck was lowered, I can do some research and help find the right kit for your Tacoma.

Gwendolyn: Many thanks for responding. The lowering kit that was installed on my 2022 Tacoma Extra Cab long bed 3.5L 2WD was from SOS Performance. PN TR.2037 Front and Rear lowering kit, 2" Front and 3.5" Rear drop.

@PhilipF I just hear back from SuperSprings and they let me know that there isn't a way for these kits to work on a lowered truck. The best option in this situation would be to get the RoadActive Suspension. Those attach to your leaf springs so wont be an issue with your truck being lowered. Part # RAS4514-SAT works if your axle is located below your leaf springs. Part # RAS4524-SAT works if your axle is located above your leaf springs. I found a video of someone installing these and it looks like your axle is above the leaf springs but I wanted to include both options just in case.
