Hi, I have a Thule Cascade XL roof box that Im trying to mount to aero bars on a 2020 Toyota Highlander. Do you sell a mounting bracket that would work? Thanks

I sure do Jason. There's two different styles of mounting systems depending on how old your Thule Cascade roof box is.
The Replacement EasySnap Mounting Kit item # TH05820 works with the Thule Cascade 676XT, 677XT, and 678XT roof boxes.
The Replacement QM3 item # TH04997 works with the Cascade 667.
The Cascade 678XT roof box is the Cascade XT 1700, which is also referred to as the Cascade XL. Depending on how old it is either one of these mounting kits work as replacements. It just depends on the configuration of the bottom of your box.
I attached a couple of pictures below of both mounting kits. Do either of them look like the ones on your box and do you see any part numbers on your box?

Hi Jerred, Thanks for the informative reply. I investigated more and my box is a 676XT with Quick-Snap brackets. What I'm looking for is a bracket meant to work with the aero cross bars on my vehicle, rather than the rectangular Thule bars the Quick-Snap brackets were designed to work with. Got anything like that? Thanks, Jason
