Yes, the 10 foot long Cable Lock part # e98891 would work to lock your bikes to the rack. Since this rack uses fabric straps to attach to the vehicle there's no great way to keep the rack locked to your vehicle though.

For that I recommend a different trunk mounted bike rack. I would go with the Thule Raceway 2 Bike rack part # TH9001PRO. This rack is confirmed to fit your 2013 Kia Sorento.

What makes this rack far superior to the others is the attachment system. It uses 4 retractable coated steel cables to attach to the vehicle rather than 6 nylon straps like other racks. This makes installation quick and easy and the cables also last longer.
