I am looking for black 8x6.5 trailer wheels rated for 110 psi 14 ply tires. I do not see any ratings in any product descriptions. Thanks, Bryce

Wheels are generally designed to handle pressures higher than the tire's rated pressure when paired with the proper high-pressure valve stem.
The Dexstar Steel Mod Trailer Wheel- 16" x 6" Rim - 8 on 6-1/2 # DEX69FR and the Americana Metal Valve Stem # AM20906 would allow you to air the tire above 100 psi.

The product information shows this rim is rated for 4400 lbs which is a load range G, 14 ply, capacity. Generally the tire pressure correlates to load range/ load capacity. For example, most load range E, 10 ply tires have an 80 psi rating. Therefore, I think it is safe to assume these will handle the pressure of any DOT 14 ply load range G tire with the proper valve stem. If you need extra assurance, I would contact Dexstar directly and ask them.
