Hey Richard! It sounds like you have the Yakima Rack and Roll. You can order the Replacement Tire for Wheel on Yakima Rack and Roll Trailers # Y8880282. These are 3.25"-16 tires and designed to fit the Yakima 5-spoke wheel # Y08121.
What are you carrying on your Rack and Roll?

First, if you are going through tires quickly, make sure the alignment of the trailer is exact...measure the distances between the trailer beams and insure that they are perfectly even and square. They are adjustable and if they are not spot on you will "crab" down the road and wear the tires out prematurely. Second, make sure your shocks are in good shape. When they are worn the wheel will tend to hop and create uneven wear. Lastly, when you get your new tires, take them to a reputable motorcycle repair facility to have them mounted properly. And that's my $.02

You can buy some basic tools yourself to put the tire on the rim if that's what you want. I carry two spares complete with rims, but I go to some remote spots. Another side tip is to keep the tires out of the sun when you're storing them between trips. I put a tarp over them, and they last a lot longer. They also tend to go flat if not inflated properly, so buy a good gauge and carry a pump. A decent hand pump will do.
