How is the Rackem Wheel Chock # RA-17 Removable

Question:
How does the chock attach to the bracket..are they wing nuts or wing bolt.are they studs or do they bolt...any pictures of the underside attaching would be extremely helpful

The Rack'em wheel chock # RA-17 is actually 2 separate pieces. The base will be permanently installed to the trailer floor. The chock part is removable. It uses 2 wing nuts, included, and the bottom of the chock has pins that fit in special slots on the top of the base.
