Hi Karen; yes, the 22x60 Flint Hill Goods Cargo Carrier # FHG49ZR can carry a van spare tire. The inside dimensions of the carrier are 58-3/16" long x 20-1/2" wide x 6" deep and it has a 500 lb capacity.
Assuming this is for your 2024 Ram ProMaster 3500, the tire size is typically 225/75R16. With an outer diameter of approximately 29", the tire won't be able to fully lay down inside the carrier. However, you can transport it by standing it upright against the side rail or allowing it to rest partially above the side rails and securing it with ratchet straps.
What else are you planning to carry on the cargo carrier?
