Question:
Greetings. I am looking for a bearing replacement kit for a Timbren 3500 model number on the sticker reads ASR35HDS01215H004. Can you confirm that product BK3-100 will work. Thanks in advance!

Hi Trevor!
The Bearing Kit, 15123/ 25580 Bearings, 10-36 Seal # BK3-100 may be the correct part for your 3,500 pound Timbren Axle-Less system, but I was unable to find a system that matched that ASR35HDS01215H004 part number.
Timbren uses a few different bearing combinations for their 3,500 pound systems and I wouldn't be 100% comfortable flat out saying it will work for you. It's likely to, but I very highly recommend pulling one of your hubs off to make sure you do have the # 15123 and # 25580 bearings. If you do, then these are absolutely the correct ones. If you find that you have different bearings, let me know what they are and I can get you the kit that is correct.
What kind of trailer is this on?

Hey, thanks for the reply. I actually ended up doing exactly as you suggested. I pulled the hub and went from there. I just purchased a used 2022 Meaner Bean trailer. The previous owner over used the provided grease zerk on the hub and inadvertantly pushed a ton of grease into the brake housing. Anyway, I just completed the job. Timbren was also very helpful and provided the following list for future reference; SKU# 500788 - BEARING CONE; DIA 1.750" ID - S/N 25580 SKU# 500932 - BEARING CONE; 1.250" ID - S/N15123 SKU# 500927 - GREASE SEAL DOUBLE LIP; 2.250" ID X 3.376" OD SKU# 500928 - 6K BRAKE HUB 655 SKU# 500881LH - 12" x 2" ELECTRIC BRAKE ASSY; SELF-ADJUST, LH SKU# 500881RH - 12" x 2" ELECTRIC BRAKE ASSY; SELF-ADJUST, RH Since, I needed to get the trailer up and running ASAP, I bought locally. Next time, I'll go with you guys. Thanks for the help and follow-up! It's nice to know you guys have this level of expertise.
