Recommended RV Frame Mounted Hitch For 2005 Volkswagen Rialta

Question:

Looking for a class III hitch for a 2005 VW Rialta. Can you recommend/suggest what to use?

In my research, the Rialta I was able to find was a Winnebago RV built with a Volkswagen Transporter cab. When you consider a hitch for your RV, you will want to check the owner's manual or with the manufacturer to make certain you do not exceed the towing capacity of your Rialta.

We do offer some hitches designed to fit RV frames that may work for you. I have attached a link to our product page for frame mounted hitches you can check out. You can use the filter on the left of the page to find the hitch that will fit your Rialta.

For instance if you have a trailer frame that measures up to 72 inches, you can use the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 13703. This will work for RV frames that measure from 22 to 72 inches wide. I have attached an installation video for this hitch you can take a look at. This hitch will fit frames of various styles like a box frame, C-channel frame, or and I-beam frame. The hitch will give you a 2 inch receiver opening.
