Hey Jason, thanks for your question.
We have a really great option for your 2014 Nissan Titan. The Curt TriFlex NEXT Trailer Brake Controller # C64QV is a solid traditional-style controller, and it comes with a custom plug-in harness so you can plug it directly into your truck without any hardwiring, easy-peasy.
What’s nice about the TriFlex NEXT is how smooth and natural the braking feels. It’s really responsive, so instead of getting that jerky stop feeling, it does a much better job matching how your truck is slowing down.
It’s also super flexible when it comes to mounting. You can pretty much put it anywhere under the dash and at whatever angle works best for your setup.
It’ll also work with trailers that have up to 4 axles, so you’ll have plenty of capability for just about any trailer your Titan will be towing.

I used this on my 2017 Titan. I have an enclosed 7x14 trailer with brakes on both axels and this unit works great. Easy to make adjustments and operates smoothly and consistently.

I bought this for my 2017 Nissan Titan SV. I have a 30 foot travel trailer that I tow when camping. It’s a plug and play. I haven’t had any issues with it. Works fine.

I agree with the others comments but in my case i had to put 45amp diode inline so power would flow one direction. If i didn't do that it would continuously say overload. It is plug and play to match your vehicle wiring. Bought mine for Nissan HD 2500 van.
