Which Redarc Tow Pro Liberty Brake Controller Kit Fits 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SL  

Hi Jameson - we chose the CURT Echo Mobile Brake controller since I was told September was the earliest I could have it installed. I am towing a hard side pop-up trailer that weighs 2100lbs and has 1100lbs for cargo although we do not come close to that. Thanks for the email.

I am as amateur as they come, but was able to find a good spot for the control box of the Redarc Liberty in my 2023 Frontier (zip-tied to a large U-shaped piece of metal slightly below/beside the steering column), and a factory-looking control knob in one of those empty blanks to the left of the steering wheel.

Donald, I was asked to respond to your request. I have personally installed 2 of the Red Arc units in my vehicles (2010 Nissan Frontier and a 2025 Nissan Frontier PRO4X). The installation was about the same for both with the 2010 being the first one that I did. I really like that there is no box hanging out up under the dash, very compact with just the switch knob being visible. I am not a mechanic by trade (but did serve as a jet engine mechanic in the Marines about 50 years ago). I do have a complete set of tools as I repair everything. Their video shows what it takes to do the job, very informative, took about an hour or so to complete.
