Will this work on the 2024 Thor Gemini 24KB? If not what cover will fit my RV?

Hey Robert, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Adco RV Windshield Cover # 290-2425 will fit your 2024 Thor Gemini 24KB just fine. Your Gemini is built on the Ford Transit 350HD chassis, and this cover was designed specifically for the Ford Transit cab, so the fit around the windshield and door windows will be correct without interfering with the doors.
This style cover is nice because it gives you privacy, helps keep the cab area noticeably cooler in the sun, and installs from the outside without a bunch of straps or complicated hardware. It also uses magnetic side attachments for a cleaner fit on the Transit cab. As long as your Gemini has the standard Ford Transit front end, which the 24KB does, you’ll be good to go with the # 290-2425.
