I have a 1983 Holiday Ramber Presidential 36 5th wheel. The rooftop air conditioning compressor has finally failed. Whats a unit that is equivalent with the heat function also?

I have the factory Coleman, just Coleman, and it worked well enough, for 40+ years old anyway. It was a bit noisey.
