Hi Mary,
If you're Northern Tool carrier is also 24" x 60" the etrailer Cage Enclosure for 24' x 60" Cargo Carriers should work perfectly with it! You will need to make sure the rails of your Northern Tool carrier are 20-mm square rails as the cargo cage will bolt around the carrier's bars.
If you'd like a cover for the etrailer Cage Enclosure, you can use the etrailer Cargo Cover for etrailer Enclosed Cargo Carriers 60" part # e43RV. It will perfectly cover the cargo enclosure to keep your gear hidden and has sealed seams and waterproof fabric to keep your things dry in case of rain. It has a zippered opening panel so you're able to access the cargo enclosure door without completely removing your cover.
What gear are you wanting to carry in the etrailer Cage Enclosure?
