Hi Mary,

If you're Northern Tool carrier is also 24" x 60" the etrailer Cage Enclosure for 24' x 60" Cargo Carriers should work perfectly with it! You will need to make sure the rails of your Northern Tool carrier are 20-mm square rails as the cargo cage will bolt around the carrier's bars.

It will perfectly cover the cargo enclosure to keep your gear hidden and has sealed seams and waterproof fabric to keep your things dry in case of rain.
