Question:
Do they make one of these with a prodigy p2 plug on one side and bare wires on the other? I have a P2 I pulled off another vehicle to put in my 2014 Chevy Express 3500 which doesnt have a built in connector.... Ill have to wire it all from scratch.

They sure do Huck. It's the Replacement Brake Control Plug-In Harness item # 20127. This is a universal harness that is designed to work with the Prodigy P2 brake controller. The functions for the individual wires are listed below:
Blue: Brake Controller Wire
White: Ground
Black: 12v power source
Red: cold side of stoplight switch
Just a heads up, the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter item # 3032-P you were looking at will also work as a universal harness if you cut the Kia connector off of it. It's almost three times as long as the 12" item # 20127 so you'll have more options for mounting your Prodigy P2. It also has a nice wire loom to protect the wires and it'll save you a couple bucks.
What kind of trailer are you pulling?
