Question:
I have a 2017 R-Pod 179, and the AC just blows right out of the ceiling box. There aren’t any vents through the rest of the trailer. I’m pretty sure that means I need a ductless setup, but I want to make sure before I order. What would you recommend?

Hey Rachel! Yes - that’s a ductless setup. If the air only blows from the ceiling assembly at the unit and there aren’t ceiling vents carrying air through the trailer, you’re looking at the right group.
For a normal replacement, I’d start with the Coleman-Mach Signature Mach 3 # CM58RR. If you camp in hotter weather and want more cooling capacity, I’d step up to the Coleman-Mach Signature Mach 15 # CM93RR instead. Both are complete ductless systems, so you’re replacing the inside air box along with the rooftop unit. If you want, tell me where you usually camp and whether your old unit struggled in summer, and I can help narrow it down.
