The Rola roof rack for the 2013 Mazda 3, # 59833, is very specific since the vehicle has fixed mounting points. You would have to replacing the pads, add clips, you might need new feet and new bars because the length of the bars could be too long or short for the 2013 Honda Fit. By the time you got all the bits and pieces you would basically have purchased a whole new roof rack. Not all of the pads are available and the clips are not made available as separate parts.
If you do not want to go through the expense you could use semi-custom roof rack # SR1002 on your Fit instead.
