@Amir Yes it will work great with a ball mount. How much rise/drop do you need and what size hitch ball does your trailer require? I attached a help article on determining correct rise/drop as well to this message.

I love the anti-rattle device. It removes all the movement in the hitch so you don’t get all the jerking and noise from the hitch moving. It will work with any 2 inch hitch and is very easy to install.

I have had good luck with the anti-rattle device. I mounted mine with the tightener on the side as I pull heavy trailers and thought it would be better to clamp down from the top than the bottom as this would better aid in keeping the ball mount tight against the bottom of the receiver. Works well and does the job.

I am using the anti rattle hitch on the 2" hitch for my motorhome to prevent any rattle or sway with a Yakima OnRamp LX bike rack holding 2 - 70 lb. e-bikes. Its been a couple of years using it and it works perfect. I did spray it with silicone anti-corrosion spray before installing it.
