Will The Greystone Freestanding Propane RV Range GR26GR Work Without 12v Power?

Question:
I want to put this in my cabin which is only propane no electrical. Will this work only on propane. I have a 250 gallon tank it will run to.

Hey Terri, thanks for reaching out. No, it won't. The Greystone Freestanding Propane RV Range # GR26GR needs a 12V supply for things like lighting the burners, running the controls, lights and digital features. The propane does the actual cooking but without 12v power you won't be able to light or operate it. It’s not like the old-school manual pilot stoves where you could just strike a match and go.
