Can you swap the factory air bags on a 2021 Ram 3500 for AirLift Load Lifer 5000 Air Bags?

If I have factory air bags in my 2021 ram 3500 can these take the place of them? If so can they be used with the factory pump?

With the 2021 Ram 3500 having factory air suspension, the AirLift 57231 LoadLifter 5000 # AL57231 will not replace those airbags.

The factory setup on your truck is a fully integrated air suspension with sensors, a computer, and a built-in compressor that automatically adjusts ride height. The AirLift kit, on the other hand, is designed for trucks with standard leaf spring suspension and works as an add-on helper system, not a replacement.
