Question:

Holes on the hitch plate do not line up with the ones on the coopers. The upper one is off. I sent pictures to Josh at torklift last night and I just sent pictures to the e trailer review site.

Thanks for reaching out I’m sorry you’re running into that, I know how frustrating it can be when you start on an install and things don’t line up the way they should.

What you’re seeing is actually pretty common. During shipping, the hitch can flex slightly since the mounting brackets are made from mild steel. Even a small amount of flex can make the bolt holes look off compared to the weld nuts on your vehicle.
