Hey Melissa, great question - this is the one thing you always have to plan for with 24V.

Your RV’s lights, fans, and most accessories still run on 12V, so you’ll need a step-down converter like # VN32ZR.

The setup looks like:
24V battery bank feeds into the Victron inverter # VN44RR which then converts DC to 120V AC for your outlets and appliances.
24V battery bank then feeds into the Victron stepdown reducer/converter # VN32ZR which brings it down to a manageable 12V for your lights, fans, and other DC loads.

So the battery connects to the inverter for AC loads, and to the stepdown converter for the 12v loads. That keeps everything running at the correct voltage and prevents battery imbalance.

What kind of 12V loads are you planning to run?
