Is the Curt Helux Pin Box the replacement for the Morryde Cushioned Pin Box?

Question:

I own a Morryde cushioned pinbox, looking at the Curt Helux pin box. Need something for smoother rides over bridges and rough roads

The Curt Helux is a great upgrade Larry!

Morryde confirmed that RPB72-FD is a Lippert Rhino, so fitment is correct.

Curt Helux Shock-Absorbing 5th Wheel Pin Box # C65MJ is a great upgrade because it doesn’t just cushion the ride, it actually uses a spring and shock system like a vehicle suspension. That means it smooths out bumps better, reduces stress on your trailer, and gives you a more controlled towing experience.

What kind of trips are you usually taking; long highway hauls or shorter, rougher roads?

I to had a Morryde on our 45' toy hauler and replaced it with a Helux. Wish I had done it sooner. No more trailer bucking after bumps. Pulling on highway, gravel and rough mountain roads.

@Steve Great to hear the Helux smoothed things out, this pin box has been really popular because of this. Thanks for the feedback!
