Hello Hunter, thanks for reaching out. That appears to be a standard 45-degree T-style hook and keeper. We do have a suitable replacement for this. I recommend the following:

- 45-Degree T-Style Hook and Keeper Door Holder for Enclosed Trailer - 3-3/4" - Stainless Steel # 37211765

This comes with the spring-loaded hook and keeper. The mounting holes are 1" apart vertically and 2-1/4" horizontally if you want to measure and confirm fit.

What kind of trailer do you have?

I installed these 45 deg tie backs to hold the escape doors on my Adam two horse trailer. They fit well and do the job. Still look like new after a couple years. I took some photos but doesn’t look like I can post them here. But I recommend the part.
