Is this model the same for 2017 chevy silverado 2500 or 2500HD? I have a 2500HD.

Hey Jeff, for your 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500HD the correct B and W Turnoverball Gooseneck rail kit would actually be the part # BWGNRM1016 and not the part number you mentioned. This would fit the 2500 and 2500HD as well. Do you have the center section already as well? If not, the complete kit you'd need would be the part # BWGNRK1016.
