Hey Ken, welcome back. The B&W Rubber Cover item # BWGNXA1715 has an outer diameter of 3-3/4". The inner square portion is right at 2-1/2" x 2-1/2". It is designed to fit into the 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" square opening of a B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch like the item # BWGNRK1116 that fits your 2020 Ford F-350.

The B&W Rubber Cover item # BWGNXA1715 is going to provide a tight seal to keep debris from getting stuck your truck's gooseneck receiver. You will need to make sure you have the gooseneck ball removed.
