The 7 pin plug was great, it saved me a lot of money vs. a whole new wire harness. My first attempt to match up wire configuration as suggested in a diagram I found on google did not work for my trailer. My 2nd attempt, I used a test light to identify my right and left signal on my truck, then rotated the plug to correspond. The results worked like a champ I am totally happy with the new plug, it secures better in my bumper plug receiver. Better product than what was previously installed
