Question:
Hello, I have a 2026 Coleman Legacy 1905 RB with a king size bed. I’m attaching pictures of the current struts. Extended they are about 21 inches in length. What struts do you recommend I get that will hold up the mattress and stay up? Thank you for your time Cynthia

Hi Cynthia; the closest thing we have are 20" extended, 11.41" compressed shocks like the # 372-2300-80 you looked at. Being about 1" shorter than your current 21" struts is typically okay in this kind of setup, but it will slightly change how high the platform lifts unless you drill new holes and move the bracket.
Are there markings on your existing shocks, or do you know the lbs of force? The # 372-2300-80 has 80 lbs of force but we have higher ones as well like the # 372-2300-100 or even # 372-2300-120. It is important that they are strong enough to lift the bed, but not so strong that it is difficult to close.
Any big plans with your Legacy this spring/summer?
