The short answer is no, the Shocker Hitch air ball mount part # SHK46VR cannot be used with a weight distribution hitch. Weight distribution systems need a solid, fixed connection point so the spring bars can do their job of transferring weight properly, and the built in airbag and movement in the Shocker Hitch work against that. Because of that, it is not designed to be used with any WDH system.
