Wall Clearance Requirement for Thomas Payne Dual Reclining RV Loveseat

Updated 03/17/2026 | Published 03/15/2026

Question:

How far from the wall does the back need to sit to be able to recline? I saw that it describes the cover as tightly woven fabric, so is it actually a fabric feel? Or does it feel like typical vinal type rv furniture? Thanks.

Hey Travis! The Thomas Payne Dual Reclining RV Loveseat # TP78KR requires at least 2" of wall clearance to recline. The upholstery is a tightly woven, low-maintenance fabric. It is actual fabric so it has more of a soft cloth feel and won't feel like your typical vinyl furniture.

Are you replacing a worn out loveseat or upgrading to something nicer?
