Is Go Power ASW Series Advanced Sine Inverter with Transfer Switch Good for Winnebago Micro Minnie

Question:
Is the Go Power ASW-1200 inverter a good choice for a Winnebago Micro Minnie using the factory Prepped for Inverter wiring? I dont see many reviews or even questions about this inverter? I like the idea of using a Go Power since that is the brand of my solar controller and they would use the same app. I realize the limitations of the factory wiring set up since it only feeds the 110 outlets but that meets my needs. The refrigerator is 12v and we wont run much more on 110 power than a bullet blender, the flat panel TV from time to time and a hotspot / Wi-Fi router. I need an inverter with a transfer switch since the AC wiring loop is in between the shore power and AC outlets.

Hey B, the Go Power ASW Series Advanced Sine Wave Inverter with Transfer Switch # GP34XR could work for you as long as your power needs would never be over 1,200 watts. Bullet blenders can have wattages that range from 250 to 1,700 watts. I doubt yours is on the higher end as most are between 600 and 900 looks like but I would verify all of the AC power consumption stats of all of the bullet, TV, and wifi hotspot and make sure this would be enough. This does have a transfer switch like you needed as well. Let me know what the max wattage is of all of the AC accessories you have and I'll see if this is best option or if there's a better suited alternative.

Our blender is the small 250w model, TV draw is only 80w and the King Wi-Fi router extender uses a power brick that doesn't list the watts but most I see are under 40w. We might plug in a laptop from time to time and those are only 65w. Based on that I thought a 1200w inverter would be big enough.
