Hi David!
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 13184 will indeed fit a 2006 Toyota Tundra. And that includes models with the factory towable bumper. Just be aware there will need to be two holes drilled for the install.
I included an install video we did with this hitch on an 02 Tundra for you to check out as well since it will be the same way it goes on your 06 model.
