It looks like you are trying to determine if the Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever # TH27000XT-EX will work on your vehicle that you entered into the system, being the 2025 GMC Sierra 1500. This specific part number I've linked will fit all bed sizes of that truck, and the kit does include the Cantilever add-on.

If you want to also check out the standard one, that would be # TH27000XT, so you can see there is a little price trade-off, but that extra bar over the roof is super handy!

What are you planning to haul on top of the system? Any kayaks or fun things, or is it more work-related like ladders and wood?

More for work unfortunately haha. I have a particular issue hauling long composite materials like AZEC.
