Hi! I’m looking for a more substantial alternative to the stock seat on my Thetford Aqua magic II toilet. Any ideas?

Hello William,

The only option I’m seeing that will be a direct fit is the original replacement seat, the Replacement Seat and Cover for Thetford Aqua-Magic Style II RV Toilet - White - Made After May 2015 # TH34FR43XB.

I did a little extra research and found a forum where someone mentioned they were able to swap their Thetford toilet seat with one from a local hardware store. They said the Thetford bowl is fairly wide, so they chose the widest seat available and it worked out great for them. Since we don’t currently have a more comfortable direct-fit option, I thought that tip might be worth sharing.

What kind of camper is this going in? And what adventure are you most looking forward to this year?
