Please show some installation photos of this splice. It is for new gutter installations or retrofit into existing gutters?

Hey David. I couldn't find any pictures of the B&B Gutter Splice for RV without Awning item # BM96YR on the manufacturer's website and we just got this part in so we haven't had a chance to install it.
The B&B Gutter Splice item # BM96YR could be used for existing or new gutters. It's designed to stop leaks at the seams.
We also have the B&B Gutter Splice for RV with Awning item # BM36YR. You would want to use this splice if you have an awning. It's got the hanging built into it.
Both of these gutter splices are sold individually.
What kind of trailer do you have and are you replacing the gutters or having issues with leaks?

I don't see how it can be added to an existing gutter splice. It appears that it is on the outside of the gutter rail not the inside. To add to an existing splice, it appears that the roof hold down batten bar would need to be removed. It's a great idea to provide a solution to a leaky gutter splice that is on almost every RV. A true retrofit splice is needed in the industry. RV manufacturers should include this type on new builds.
