Question:
I have a 20foot enclosed trailer can I use this system on my 1971 Corvette? I would buy a set of 4 one for each tire. description states 2000lbs capacity is that for all 4 tires using this strap? 1971 Corvette GVW 3,593

First, the 2,000 pound capacity would be for each of the Pack'Em Wheel Tie-Down Kits # PK-WTD. So you would need at least 2 kits to have enough capacity for the 3,593 pound 1971 Chevy Corvette. Other than that as long as the tire diameter is 30 inches or less you can use this tie down kit.
You will also want to make sure the chock part of the kit is attached to the frame of the trailer or you will want to use a steel backing plate on the bottom of the trailer to better disperse the force of the load. We do not have a backing plate specifically for this set up so a machine shop or similar place with some scrap steel plates would be the best bet.
